All return, exchange, or refund requests must be authorized in advance by contacting our Customer Service team via email within 14 calendar days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all item(s) must be:
New and unused
In original packaging
Include all original accessories
Product-specific conditions:
Paddles must still have the original seal intact on the grip handle.
Apparel must have original tags attached.
Apparel that has been worn or washed is not eligible for return or exchange.
Only the original purchaser may initiate a return or exchange. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
All approved returns or exchanges must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will be provided by our Customer Service team after review. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
